I’ve been thinking about something Grace Reiter said on her podcast about her “Hunger Games but better” video. My friends and I always talk about things we want to do if it weren't for stable jobs or corporate. They tell me they'd be a musician, a baker, or maybe a professional soccer player. For me, it was content, and creative projects. We'd talk about these things because that's what we're passionate about, but not a career that they'd excel at. I want to convince people to do what they want to do because there are people who aren’t good at their jobs everywhere.

There are so many movies where you watch an actor and think, “Wow, that performance was horrible,” yet they still got the role and they’re still getting paid millions. So why shouldn’t you do the thing you want to do? I see content go viral all the time and catch myself thinking, “I can probably make that.” And if I feel that way, why don’t I actually try?

If I’m going to spend my life being bad at something, I might as well be “bad” at something I enjoy. A lot of us make excuses and avoid pursuing what we truly want because we’re afraid of failing, but you don’t need to be perfect to start. If it’s something you love, you should take a shot at it.

But don’t be a bad doctor lol
